This section will feature concise, practice-oriented patient stories that highlight key diagnostic, therapeutic, and ethical challenges in daily cardiovascular care.

Authors and readers are invited to use these mini case narratives as a platform to share insights, sharpen clinical reasoning, and bridge bedside experience with evidence-based medicine.
