Abstract
Seorang anak perempuan usia 8 tahun yang diketahui menderita anomali Ebstein datang ke UGD dengan keluhan berdebar. Keadaan umum tampak gelisah dengan tanda-tanda vital cukup baik. Rekaman EKG terlihat seperti gambar 1, tampak suatu takikardia dengan QRS lebar. Apa mekanisme takikadia ini?Downloads
