Abstract

Seorang wanita, 49 tahun datang ke klinik aritmia dengan keluhan rasa tak enak di dada. Terdapat episode berdebar. Angiografi koroner yang dilakukan 2 minggu sebelumnya, menunjukkan semua arteri koroner normal. Riwayat pingsan disangkal. Rekaman EKG tiga kanal menunjukkan gambaran berikut:
