Abstract

Seorang pria berusia 55 tahun dipasang alat pacu jantung menetap (PJM) 6 bulan yang lalu, atas indikasi disfungsi nodal sinus yang simtomatik. Ia datang di klinik aritmia untuk pemeriksaan alat PJM, rekaman EKG diperlihatkan pada gambar 1.

Pertanyaannya,
1. Apa interpretasi anda terhadap rekaman EKG tersebut?
2. Apakah alat PJM berfungsi baik?
