Ekokardiografi Transtorakal pada Deteksi Awal Gangguan Fungsi Katup Mitral Prostetik
Abstract
Pemeriksaan ekokardiografi transtorakal (TTE)merupakan cara yang masih diandalkan
dalam skrening gangguan fungsi katup mitral
prostetik (prosthetic mitral valve – PMV),
karena ekokardiografi transesopagus (TEE) tidak
dapat dikerjaan secara rutin. Tetapi adanya gambaran
acoustic shadow sangat mengganggu pada deteksi
disfungsi PMV dengan pemeriksaan TTE terutama
adanya regurgitasi.
