Penilaian Severitas Regurgitasi Aorta
Abstract
Aorta regurgitasi (AR) adalah salah satu gangguan katup yang sering ditemukan. Ekokardiografi merupakan salah satu alat bantu diagnostik yang sangat penting untuk mendiagnosa AR serta untuk menilai severitas dari AR. Di siniakan disampaikan metode-metode ekokardiografi yang mudah dipraktekkan sehari-hari namun memiliki sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi untuk menilai severitas dari AR.Penilaian severitas AR dengan ekokardiografi menggunakan berbagai modalitas, di antaranya ekokardiografi dua dimensi (2D), colour Doppler, pulsed wave(PW) Doppler dan continuous wave(CW) Doppler. Masing-masing modalitas saling melengkapi satu sama lainnya. Di dalam rekomendasi European Association of Echocardiography(EAE) dan American Society of Echocardiography(ASE) mengenai penilaian regurgitasi katup dengan ekokardiografi, terdapat beberapa metode untuk menentukan severitas dari AR.
