Pengaruh Angioplasti Koroner Terhadap perubahan Dispersi QT Pasca Infark Miokard
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Artimia ventrikular adalah penyebab yang paling umum dari kematian jantung mendadak dalam pasca infark miokard (IM). Banyak tanda-tanda dari kematian jantung mendadak pasca infark miokard yang telah dikenali. Salah satu dari tanda-tanda ini adalah dispersi QT yang meningkat pada kejadian iskhemia. Penelitian terdahulu mengungkapkan korelasi antara dispersi QT dan artimia ventrikular. Kami mengevaluasi pengaruh dari angioplasti koroner pada dispersi QT pada penderita pasca-IM.Metoda dan Hasil: Kami mengukur QT dan mengoreksi dispersi QT (QTc) sebelum angiopati, 24 jam dan 33 hari setelah prosedur. 37 Pasien diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini, tetapi hanya 24 pasien yang dapat dianalisa. Garis acuan dispersi QT adalah 101,67+38,75 (115,02+36,82) ms. Berlainan halnya dengan dispersi QT, dispersi QT yang terkoreksi menurun secara bermakna menjadi 94,50+36,05 ms (p=0,018 dibanding garis acuan) setelah 24 jam. Evaluasi selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa dispersi QT tidak berubah terhadap garis acuan setelah 33 hari.
Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa dispersi QT (QTc) pada pasien pasca-IM tidak menurun setelah angioplasti dengan berhasil.
