Abstract

Seorang wanita 40 tahun, datang ke unit gawat darurat karena palpitasi. Keluhan dirasakan sejak 2 jam sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Sejak satu tahun terakhir pasien sering mengeluh berdebar yang hilang dengan sendirinya.
Denyut nadi saat di unit gawat darurat mencapai 180 kali per menit (kpm) dengan tanda vital lainnya normal. Saat dilakukan perekaman elektrokardiogram didapatkan gambaran takikardia dengan kompleks QRS sempit (Gambar1). Apa mekanisme takikardia ini dan bagaimana penanganan yang tepat?
